FAQ’s

~Parking tips, we are located between the Castro and Church Street Muni train stops 37, 24, F, J lines. If public transportation is not an option for you, parking is relatively easy across Market street on the North side, Or Sanchez and Noe it is free parking off of Market st. Please allow yourself plenty of time and a heads up that there is limited 2 hour residential permit parking in the surrounding area.

~ If you are new to coloring your hair please book a “color consultation” that way a stylist can book the appropriate time and service for your hair color dreams!

~ Pictures are so helpful to help us give you your hair goals, bring them along with ideas. We have ideas too but bouncing them off each other is way more fun!

~ Haircuts and Color services include a hair wash and blow dry, that said you don’t have to come with dirty hair ;). It’s nice for us to see what your hair looks like day to day so we can see how your hair acts, grease and product buildup can often mask that. Clean, dry hair is preferred. You will still receive a wash and blowout.

~ Bang/Neck Trims DO NOT include a wash and blow-dry.

~ Please be mindful of our time, we enforce a 24hr cancellation policy for haircuts and 48hr for color appointments
